PT Azkana Media Teknologi provides IT consulting, software development, managed services, and digital solutions. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

• Company Ownership: All materials, tools, methodology, and processes used by the Company to deliver services remain the exclusive property of PT Azkana Media Teknologi.
• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the specific custom software or deliverables created for the Client shall be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Trademarks: Our logo, name, and slogans are protected trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

3. Professional Expertise Disclosure

While PT Azkana Media Teknologi was legally incorporated on January 1, 2026, our services are delivered based on over a decade of professional expertise (since 2013). We guarantee that services are performed by qualified professionals with industry-standard competence.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice or service contract.
• Late payments may result in the suspension of services or additional interest charges as permitted by law.
• All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a signed agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, business strategies, and technical data shared during the collaboration strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the service period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Azkana Media Teknologi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for perfection based on our 10+ years of experience, we do not warrant that software will be entirely error-free or that third-party integrations will always be functional.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or fail to fulfill payment obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the District Court of Bekasi (Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi), without prejudice to the Company's right to bring legal action in any other jurisdiction where the Client is located.
